Most people who want to acquire a driving license are very young and are still in training. To make matters worse, attending a driving school is very expensive and can rarely be financed from your own income or assets. If you are short of cash and do not want to do without a driver’s license, you have no choice but to look for a suitable loan for learner drivers.
Getting a bank loan is not always easy. This is especially true if the borrower earns very little or is completing an apprenticeship or degree. Anyone who can find a solvent guarantor or a co-applicant from their own family who is willing to pay the monthly loan installments in case of doubt can significantly increase their chances of getting a loan from the house bank or another Agree bank. It becomes a little more difficult if the Credit bureau information is not correct and has smaller or larger negative entries.
If all requirements are met, the loan will be approved within a few days or hours and then paid out.
However, there will be only a few banks that offer a special loan for learner drivers. If at all, this should only be the case for a loan that is granted by a partner bank of the driving school. Anyone interested in such a loan should contact the driving school directly and clarify all the formalities if necessary. A normal bank loan, on the other hand, is freely available and can be used not only for the driving school, but also for other training, a vacation or larger consumer goods, which can also include a car.
Partial payment and deferral at the driving school
A loan for learner drivers is not always the ideal solution. It could often make sense to describe the driving school’s own situation and, in this context, ask them to defer payment or to pay the fees due in installments. In most cases, the driving school will get involved. Anyone who is unemployed or who receives a reform and does not yet have a driver’s license could ask the employment office or their responsible group whether the costs for the driver’s license can be covered in whole or in part.
